"Meet the Maker", or in this case, the face behind the computer screen! Things have been wild and exciting over here lately, between raising 3 busy boys, to moving back across the world & running several other businesses! I thought I would take this opportunity to re-introduce myself, before things get even crazier - especially now that we are somehow onto year SEVEN of Mini Citizen & I haven't updated this page since our initial launch!

My name is Kelly & I am mama to three little men (11, 8 & 5). Being married to a (recently retired) professional hockey player has taken our family all over the world for the past 15 years! We have just recently settled back in Saskatoon after living in Europe for 12 years, & we are slowly getting acclimated to Saskatchewan winters! 

A little bit about me - I love reality TV and my daily iced coffee or hot tea, I'm a new dog mom to the cutest English Teddy Bear Mini Goldendoodle, and I have loved embracing the cultures of every country that we have found ourselves living in (6, to be exact!). I have a Business Degree in Finance & background in Marketing, and have been able to run Mini Citizen from anywhere in the world - thank goodness for technology! This little shop has been so much more to me over the years - the perfect creative outlet that I had been searching for as a young mom! 

Mini Citizen started up in January of 2018, when I realized how difficult it was to find the styles & quality I wanted for both my boys & myself, without waiting weeks for delivery. The goal of Mini Citizen is to take the search and the wait out of the equation! You can shop our online boutique of carefully curated brands from all over the world, and pick up locally or have your items shipped to you - quickly!
